Yuzu Shiso Granita
Ingredients
1 cup
Sake
1/4 cup
Yuzu
Juice

Shiso Leaves,
finely chopped
Preparation

Boil
the Sake to remove the alcohol, otherwise it will be bitter.
Chill
the sake in the refrigerator, or if in a hurry place in a bowl and then put a plastic bag filled with
ice
inside it.

Mix
in with yuzu
juice
and chopped Shiso
3
Freeze
until the texture of sorbet in an
ice
cream
maker or use
zipper bag freezing
method.
