Ham Parmesan Twists and Frankfurter Sausages Rolls

Ingredients
150 grams sliced ham
50 grams parmesan
2 packages small frankfurter sausages
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

If you are good enough make the puff pastry, if you are just like me buy it!

For ham parmesan twists:

Roll out the pastry and leave it on his paper, moisten lightly with warm water, sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan , lying on the ham slices, sprinkle some more parmesan cheese and fold the dough in half . Using a pizza cutter, cut the folded pastry dough into strips about 1 to 1.5 cm, twist them ,lay them in parchment paper on a baking sheet, brush them with beaten yolk egg and milk, and finally another sprinkling of parmesan. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let cool

For the frankfurter sausages rolls :

Cut the strip of pastry dough and cut them into a small pieces of 2 cm ,very gently brush them with beaten yolk egg and milk ,place in a baking pan with parchment paper .Bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Let cool.
