Strawberry Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
250 grams cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
240 grams Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
500 grams fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 175C/350F. Spray a 8-inch bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the butter mixture gradually. Fold in strawberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let the cake stand on a cooling rack for about three minutes before removing from the pan.
