Ingredients

Milk
Fox's u-bet Chocolate Flavored Syrup
Seltzer Water

Preparation

In a 12-oz pint glass or other tall glass pour about one inch of milk.

Add about a five-second squirt of chocolate syrup, then stir well to combine.

While adding seltzer, stir vigorously with a spoon.

Though the name would imply otherwise, the Egg Cream contains neither eggs, nor cream. This classic beverage is made solely of 3 ingredients: milk, chocolate syrup, and seltzer water.

This classic New York drink is wonderfully refreshing on a hot muggy day.
