Fresh Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients

50 grams fresh mint leaves
250 milliliters fresh fullfat cream
250 milliliters fresh milk
150 grams caster sugar

Preparation

Pour into a pot both the milk and cream; stir until boiling on medium fire;

Stir in even fresh mint leaves and allow to set for about 30 minutes until cool;

Stieve the liquid into a bowl and cover with film; put in the fridge until very very cool.

Now transfer the liquid into the ice cream maker and follow the instruction in order to have a creamy and smooth ice cream.

This is my own ice cream recipe; you can substitute fresh mint leaves with basil.
