3 pounds Chicken breast – sliced thin
3 cups corn flakes
1 1/2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
4 eggs – beaten
Olive oil for drizzling
“Kicked” Up Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 ounce – 15 can Fruit Cocktail
1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Chili Paste
1 inch piece of fresh Ginger – grated
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Zest of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1/2 of lemon
