Yesim: This looks like a really yummy recipe, but I cannot tell from the preparation instructions exactly what to do. Are the tomatoes roasted, chopped, or diced? And do you mix together all ingredients and then stuff it into the eggplant slices? And how long should it be baked? Please update when you have a chance. I'm ready to try this one! :)

tx ginny , first u should fry or bake the eggplants and cook ingredients also before fill the eggplants, after i filled the eggplants and , i just put sliced tomato on them , u may also put green pepper, add little water on them and cook in oven for 20-25 min.. bonapetit..
