ten friggitelli
peppers

Preparation

Prepare a base with olive oil, onion, carrot and celery.
Cut
into small pieces and put in the pan to
brown
.

Peel
the skin of the chicken.Throw the chicken leg in the pan and
brown
them.

In the meantime, remove the
seeds
inside the peepers,slice them and throw them in the pan.

Then add the tomato sauce and the vegetable cube.
