Ingredients
2 slices of
pork sausage
(already cooked)
a pot of
lentils
celery
a coast

carrot
an
onion
tomato paste
salt
1/2
a glass of
wine
Preparation

Slice
,the onion , carrot and celery and prepare a base of oil t
o fr
y them.

When ready throw the drained lentils, then add half a glass of wine,water with a tablespoon of tomato paste and
salt.

Let cook until they are ready.

Put the pork sausage, still in it's bag , in water and boil it for 15 minutes.
