BeginnerBasic assembly, rather than a recipe per se. But if you get the JUMBO franks and use a sub roll instead of a hot dog bun. Monster Dog! I had to use a fork!

Chop the onions.

Heat up the chili.

Toast the sub rolls.

Assemble the Monster Chili Dog by placing a frank in a toasted sub roll, topping with the heated chili, chopped onions, and shredded pepper jack cheese.
