Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cups shredded cabbage firmly packed
small onion thinly sliced
1 cup cooked brown rice
or barley
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
cup fresh dill weed minced
24 wonton skin(s)
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Hearty and filling yet lowfat.

Lay 1 wonton wrapper on work surface. Brush entire surface of wrapper with egg white. Press 1 generous tablespoon filling in center of wrapper.
