About
Torikatsu is chicken katsu. It's a healthier alternative to tonkatsu which is pork.I love Japanese food. This is one of those very simple dishes that I make whenever the craving hits. Dining in a Japanese restaurant can be quite expensive. This is a cheap alternative. I only spent around Php50 (about $1) for this. You can buy bottled tonkatsu sauce (Bulldog brand) in Asian groceries or online. For more quick and easy Japanese recipes, visit my blog at www.240baon.blogspot.com.
