Spicy Dipping Sauce For Spring Rolls/egg Rolls

Ingredients

1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons sugar [I used Splenda]
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
3 tablespoons fish sauce

Mix all ingredients. If taste to strong add a little water to thin. Can be made up to one day ahead.

A wonderful dipping sauce that is a balance of sweet, sour and salty. Goes well with my Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls.
