Black Velvet Cocktail

Ingredients

5 ounces Stout Beer
5 ounces Champagne

Preparation

Chill both ingredients well.

Pour the stout into a tall Collins-style glass.

Pour the champagne into the glass over the back of a spoon so that the champagne floats on top of the stout.
