Ingredients
250 grams plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp castor sugar
1 teaspoon fresh yeast (break up into fine granules)
1 egg
250 mls water
1 teaspoon alkaline water
100 grams toasted groundnuts, pounded finely
75 grams coarse sugar
1 small can cream-style sweet corn
50 grams margarine
