Birds Nests

Over double boiler pan, let water come to a boil, lower heat. Add butterscotch morsels to the pan. When the butterscotch has melted to a creamy consistency, add the noodles and peanuts. Mix well. put a piece of waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Place the cookie sheet in refrigerator to cool and harden. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. makes 2 dozen
