Meatballs For Spaghetti

Ingredients

4 pounds ground beef or pork
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup finely chopped parsley
2 eggs beaten
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Combine ingredients, roll meat mixture into balls and brown in skillet. Add to your favourite tomato sauce and serve over spaghetti.

NOTES : I found this meatball recipe in Ean old Good Housekeeping magazine (1970's) and it has been one of our family favourites for years!
