Asian Fig Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions
2 cups Rotisserie Chicken (you can use baked or pan fried chicken breasts)
1/2 cup Chopped Mango (or Mango Salsa)
1/4 cup Cilantro (optional)
2 tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Sesame Oil

I create new recipes whenever I cook, which is 90% of the time.
This particular Asian Chicken Salad Recipe is simple to prepare and very nutritious. When I cook a relatively well know dish, I put my own slant on it, and in this case it was the addition of several ingredients to perk it up. It was so well received, I added it to my party plate menu.
Everyone who has tried it to date loves it. In fact, on my website, it's July's "Hall of Acclaim" recipe. June's was Pasta PrimaCherry!
