Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts, rough chopped
16 oz light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing {I used Annies Organic Cowboy Ranch}
3/4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar plus extra for the top
scallion, sliced for garnish
pita chips
celery
carrots

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar to a bowl and combine well with a hand mixer.

Place the mixture into a baking dish, top with a little extra shredded cheddar and cook for 25 minutes until hot, bubbly and gorgeous!

Garnish with sliced scallion and serve warm.

When you think football party, no doubt chicken wings come to mind but lets be honest, making wings for a crowd is a bit time consuming. This Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip gets you the same great flavors but a whole lot easier!!
Chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing {sorry, not a fan of bleu cheese}, light cream cheese & cheddar all whipped together, pop in the oven and bake until hot, bubbly and golden! A little scallion garnish and served up with pita chips and celery stalks. Finger lickin’ good just like a wing!
