Mexican Bake

Ingredients
1 cup green pepper, chopped in small pieces
1 cup red onion, chopped in small pieces
1 small jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 small lime, juiced
1 dash hot sauce
1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
3 tablespoons water
6 slices low fat cheddar cheese
1 large avocado, small chop
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup cilantro, garnish
