Favorite Go-to Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup powdered sugar

In large bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add espresso, cocoa, and sugar. Whip to combine.

At first, when I read this recipe, I didn't think it would work. I was wrong. Excellent flavor and texture.

This is amazing. You will never go back to a butter frosting.
