Peach-Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello (sugar free)
2 baked 9" Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
1 cup lite peaches, chopped
1/2 pt. strawberries, chopped
8 ounces c Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill. Garnish with strawberries. A very lite dessert.
