Baked Winter Squash

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Applesauce
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1/8 teaspoon Ginger, ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground

Preparation

Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Lay in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients.

Pour over squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, covered.
