Turkey Burgers With Shredded Zucchini and Carrots and Chipotle Mayo

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 medium zucchini, grated
1 medium carrot, grated
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 Provolone cheese slices

Heat broiler.

Form into patties. I got 7 patties out of it but it can vary depending on how big you want your burgers.

When your patties are almost done cooking, brush the focaccia with the remaining olive oil, then place under broiler for about 1 minute.

Chipotle Mayo:

1/2 Cup mayo (I used reduced fat mayo made with olive oil)

1-2 Tbsp adobe sauce from the canned adobe chiles
