Cheddar Fondue

Ingredients
1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Onion, grated
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pch Cayenne
Salt to taste
Preparation

Mix shredded cheese and flour until cheese is well coated. In a fondue pot heat milk and onion; do not boil.
Stir in the cheese, a little at a time, continuing to cook and stir until all the cheese is melted.
Add worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and salt.
Keep hot over alcohol burner.
Serve with French bread cubes.
