Ingredients
1 cup of soy milk (or dairy milk)
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/16 cup)
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
6 cubes of ice
