Baba De Camelo Mousse

Preparation

Without opening it, put the can inside a pressure cooker covered with water. Let it cook for 40 minutes.

After those 40 minutes, take it out and let it cool a bit.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Beat the yolks with the condensed milk.

In another bowl whip the egg whites until they are foamy and firmly hold the shape.

Carefully add the whipped whites with the condensed milk mixture.

Put the mousse in individual small bowls and sprinkle some almonds on each one.

Take it to the fridge for around 3 hours.
