Ingredients
Materials
3 large tomatoes, cut tight to 8, each
1 cucumber, sliced (if you take the non-tender skin)
1 green pepper sliced into rings
1 red onion, sliced
10 kalamatas olives, preferably without the kernel
150 grams feta cheese cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons vinegar
oil equivalent (not to swim)
