Delicious Mango Marmalade

Ingredients

2 pounds of mangos peeled and chopped finely
2 grams (240) cups white sugar or moscabado
1 cup the pulp of two passion fruit (I used 1) or the juice of large lemon

Preparation

Place mangoes and passion fruit pulp in a large pot, set to a medium–low fire for half-hour.

With a hand blender, blend until mango pieces are broken down.

Add sugar and continue to cook on medium heat moving constantly until jam consistency is achieved.

Note: Don't fail to stir because it tends to stick to the pot. A cinnamon stick can be added if you like, add it in step # 3. Yields almost two full container as shown on the photo.
