3. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
4. 1/4 tsp garam Masala
5. 1 tsp Coriander powder

7. 4 tbsp oil
8. 8 minced Garlic cloves
9. 1 grated Ginger
10. 2 teaspoons Cumin
11. Salt to taste
