Fruit Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Wisk together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and vanila. Pour over the fruit. Let the friut marinade for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain fruit and serve immediately or refrigerate to chill.

I made this up when a friend was over for dinner. My wife wanted to like her bowl. Everyone loved it. I think it should work with just about any fruit. Can wait for fresh fruit to show up in our area of the country. Enjoy
