Ingredients
3 cups
Cooked Rice
1 cup
Celery
, finely chopped
1/2 cup Salted Skinless
Peanuts
, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix
together rice, celery, and
salted
peanuts in nonstick pan. Cover and
steam
until hot, about 5 minutes. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water if too
dry
.

NOTES : The popular Southern name goober is from an African word for peanut, nguba. Delicious with chicken or ham.
