Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cups with Xocai Healthy Chocolate
Ingredients
BASE
          1/4 C Brown Sugar
          1 C Powdered Sugar
          1/4 C Melted Butter
          1 C Natural peanut butter or regular
          TOPPING
          1 C Xocai Sipping Xocolate
          1 TBSP Brewed coffee
          1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
          3 TBSP Heavy Cream
      Preparation

Blend all ingredients together until combined. Line either a 48-mini muffin pan or a 24-muffin pan with liners. Divide mixture evenly in muffin tins.

(TOPPING)

Microwave all ingredients for 30 seconds. Remove and stir until all blended. Divide evenly on top of peanut butter base. spread to cover mixture.

Chill for 30 minutes.
