Ingredients

egg white
5 cloves
garlic
2 tablespoons
red wine
vinegar
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/2 cup
olive oil
Preparation
1
In a
blender
or food processor, combine egg white, garlic, vinegar,
salt
and mustard. With machine running, add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time. Makes 1/2 cup.
