Flourless Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar (you may use fructose or raw cane sugar for healthier cookies)
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup Xocai Sipping Xocolate
Preparation

Mix egg, vanilla and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy, then add almond butter and mix until blended. Drop tablespoons full of cookie dough onto cookie baking sheet and flatten slightly with fork or spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Sipping Xocolate while still warm. Cool and serve. Makes 12 cookies
