Home Made Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

180 grams sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon almond essence

Preparation

Preheat oven 150 degrees C

Beat egg whites and sugar on high speed and electric mixer.about 5 minutes

Add vanilla and almond essence,beat well.

Mix desiccated coconut.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
