Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients
8 tablespoons butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 pinches nutmeg, Ground
1 teaspoon black pepper, Ground
2 cups parmigiano-reggiano, grated
2 pinchs salt
2 pounds fettuccine pasta

Add fettuccine pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.

Serve immediately.

About
This recipe is so versatile, you can add cut up cooked chicken breast and bacon bits to the sauce, or if you fancy some seafood, you can try adding some cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined) to it.
