Honey Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
2 pkgs. dry yeast
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup honeyed wheat germ
1/4 cup unprocessed wheat bran optional
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups warm water
Preparation

In large bowl combine honey, 1 cup warm water and yeast. Allow to proof. Add remaining ingredients with enough bread flour to make a nice workable dough. Knead by hand 6 to 10 minutes or with dough hook and electric mixer for 4 minutes. Place in well oiled bowl to rise until double. Punch down and allow to rise again. Pinch down and divide into 3 equal pieces.
