Sweet and Sour Ginger Fish Sauce
Ingredients
1 garlic clove, finely minced
          3 teaspoons sugar
          2 teaspoons lime juice
          
          7 teaspoons fish sauce
          1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely minced
          1/2 teaspoon ground red chile pepper

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
