Seedy Noodles

Ingredients

8 ounces Noodles or pasta
cup Plain nonfat yogurt
teaspoon Cornstarch
teaspoon Crushed fennel seeds
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
3 tablespoons Raisins soaked in
2 tablespoons Hot water
cup Slivered almonds
2 tablespoons Poppy seeds
teaspoon Crushed caraway seeds toasted
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Crumbled sage
1 tablespoon Onion seeds
1 teaspoon Minced lovage

Preparation

Prepare one of the seedy seasoning combinations above, by toasting in heavy skillet over medium flame. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and pour into a heated casserole. Combine yogurt and cornstarch, add seasoning. Combine with noodles, toss and serve.
