Spinach Sauteed With Raisins and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1 pound
spinach,
stems removed, or 1 (10 oz) bag
1 close
garlic,
chopped
2 tablespoons
olive oil
2 tablespoons
water
2 tablespoons
raisins,
soaked in warm
water
for 10 minutes and drained
2 tablespoons
pine nuts,
lightly toasted
salt
and
pepper,
to taste
Preparation
1
Heat
the oil in a large
skillet
over medium
heat.
Saute the garlic until golden.

Add the kale and sprinkle with water; cover and cook one minute.
3
Uncover and coo,
turning
constantly, until leaves are wilted.
4
Remove
skillet
from stove and
stir
in raisins, pine nuts and
salt
and pepper.
