About
This recipe is a great addition to a Tex-Mex theme party. It does take some time to prepare, but will be a big hit with guests. Add about 1/2 cup chopped celery to salsa if you want a more crunchy dip. Also, any jelly will work. We used pomogranite jelly once and it added a very special zing to the salsa.
