Ingredients
4 tablespoons Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Kalonji
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic pulp
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Coriander
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Mango powder
6 Potatoes
9 ounces Frozen spinach
1/4 pint Water
2 Red chiles, sliced
2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
10 Pieces ginger, shredded

Add water, cover & cook over a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. When the potatoes are cooked through, add the red chiles & the cilantro.
