Ingredients

1/4 cup Italian Volcano® Orange juice
1/4 cup Volcano Lemon Burst® or lemon juice
4 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Combine the juices and salt and pepper into small mixing bowl.

Slowly whisk in the oils. Pour finished vinaigrette into container with tight lid and refrigerate.
