Slice the cheese into ¾-1” thick cubes.

Fry in hot butter for 3 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.

Cheese may be broiled instead of fried, cut into ½” thick slices and arrange in single layers in individual oven-proof dishes.

Broil 3 minutes without turning.

Serve hot with crusty bread.
