Eggless Mayonnaise

Ingredients

8 ounces soft silken tofu
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pinch salt

Preparation

Process in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
