Hazelnut-Cranberry Granola

Ingredients

4 cups Old-fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Butter
2 1/2 cups Mixed nuts and seeds (I used hazelnuts, pecans,
1 cup dried Cranberries and/or Raisins
1 cup toasted, unsweetened Coconut flake

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl mix together oil, honey, sugar and water and stir until combined. In a large bowl add oats and liquid ingredients and stir until coated. Spread onto baking sheet and stir occasionally and bake until golden, about 45 minutes. In a skillet add butter and melt over medium-low heat. Add mixed nuts and seeds and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle with salt and stir, set aside. When oats are done add toasted coconut, heated nuts and seeds and dried fruit to baking s<
