Whaling City Portuguese Kale Soup

Ingredients

8 cups of chicken stock

2 mediums sized onions choped

6 cloves of garlic

1 can red kidney bean

1 can black eyed peas

1 can cannelli bean(white kidney bean)

1 pound of linguica chopped

1 pound of chouric

4 potato's peeled and cubed

1 bunch of kale leaf(removed from stem and rough chopped.

1 carrot chopped

Preparation

Your going to need a large stock pot! Remember all of these ingrediants are completely adjustable for your familys needs. Just throw everything into the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 45 minutes on low heat.
