Turkish Dishes: Potato Salad

Preparation

Potatoes need to be cleaned and then placed in a big pot to boil.

After boiling, you need to let them cool down in a separate bowl.

At the same time, place olive oil , and warm it up a bit then toss the shredded garlics and onion, allow onion to turn pinkish.

Place the cubed potatoes in the hot pot and then put in a service dish.

Add chopped parsley on top of the dish.

You can also add shredded lemon or orange shells and or a pinch of red pepper.
