Cranberry Crunch

Ingredients
1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries (about 4 c.)
cup boiling water
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
cup cold butter cut in cubes

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a saucepan, cook cranberries in boiling water until they pop, but are not mushy, about 5 minutes. Drain well. Add honey.

Butter an 8-inch square baking pan.
